Burns Lake Community Forest Ltd is looking for a qualified supplier capable of providing professional road maintenance services on the network of forestry roads within the K1A forest license. This will be a 3 year OTR with an addition 2 years subject to performance and board approval.
The successful proponent must guarantee that all equipment utilized will be available to Burns Lake Community Forest over the term of the contract. Equipment availability must cover the grading, plowing, sanding and forest road structure installation.
Individuals and Firms interested in providing these services should contact Burns Lake Community Forest Ltd to obtain a tender bid package which will outline the pre-qualification and mandatory requirements for eligibility to bid and provide details for the tender.
Tender packages are available for pickup at 153 Francois Lake Dr Burns Lake BC (Burns Lake Community Forest/COMFOR Management Services office). Packages will be available until April 15th. Tender packages must be received by 3:00 p.m. on April 16th, 2025.
