As part of the Boer Mountain Project – Hazard Abatement Program, in collaboration with BLMBA and BLCF, PLEASE BE ADVISED that there be will active operations in two areas (as identified on the attached map) for removal of dead and blowdown trees. These active operations cross the two, Timmon and Pumba, bike trail systems. These trails and area will be CLOSED to public use until operations are complete.
The hazard abatement activities will commence on May 14, 2018, and are expected to continue until May 31, 2018, between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Please DO NOT ENTER the active worksite, even during non-operational hours.
